A brief welcome…

BS75, a passion project of mine now realized. Here I will chronical my attempts to see the world, one golf course at a time. I’m so excited to finally launch the site, but even more excited that you decided to follow along, perhaps even join in on the journey.

While most of this site will be dedicated to the visual celebration of the game, and a picture is usually worth a thousand words, this blog will allow for another form of storytelling. Because as we are often reminded, “There are no pictures on the score card.” And with that sentiment, all we are truly left with are our anecdotes, those fleeting moments of greatness (or catastrophe), memorialized with cheers and laughter in the remembering.

Maybe that’s the most important reason to snap as many shots as possible. Pictures not for the scorecard, but for us. Because its those stories that we share, those memories that bring our community closer together.
